This is the perfect easy and healthy smoothie recipe to whip together when you need a quick easy snack or meal because it’s packed with nutrition and tastes like a treat. In fact, you may just be able to satisfy your sweet tooth with this one!
Mix it up for a quick snack or even throw in some protein powder and make it a complete meal. We definitely have done this on busy “soccer mom” days.
Feel free to add-in veggies like spinach, kale, or zucchini (like pictured below). Use up those flash frozen veggies and fruit I show you how to do. We usually have something we have flash frozen.
Healthy Easy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1 banana small
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add additional water until desired consistency.
