This protein shake recipe is a creamy and delicious way to get over the recommended protein you need for a meal, with no protein powder. You likely already have these ingredients at home, and can whip this up in a few minutes.

This protein shake is also sugar free, instead of sugar we use a frozen banana for sweetness and added creaminess.

This shake has a whopping 37g of protein, and is great if you are working out or want a meatless protein option.

For the same amount of protein, swap out 1/4 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (7g protein)
  • 1/4 peanut butter (16g protein)
  • 1 cup milk I use raw (8g protein)
  • 1 frozen banana (1g protein)
  • 2 egg yolks (optional) We use grass-fed eggs from our chickens (5g protein)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
