Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (7g protein)
  • 1/4 peanut butter (16g protein)
  • 1 cup milk I use raw (8g protein)
  • 1 frozen banana (1g protein)
  • 2 egg yolks (optional) We use grass-fed eggs from our chickens (5g protein)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
