Broccoli Salad Lunch Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 large bunches of broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 pound of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of red onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar chesse optional
Dressing
  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise light or homemade (see above)
  • 3/4 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of sugar or sub 4 packets Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Fry bacon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
  2. Cut broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  5. Pour dressing on top and mix until fully combined.
