Broccoli Salad Lunch Bowl

Ingredients
2-3
large bunches of broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
1/2
pound
of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4
cup
of red onions
chopped
1/2
cup
sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
shredded cheddar chesse
optional
Dressing
3/4
cup
of mayonnaise
light or homemade (see above)
3/4
cup
of sour cream
2
tablespoons
of white vinegar
1/4
cup
of sugar
or sub 4 packets Stevia
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Fry bacon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Cut broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Pour dressing on top and mix until fully combined.
