Chicken StirFry

Ingredients
  

  • cut up chicken pieces
  • soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • fresh or frozen veggies like red pepper, broccoli, green beans, carrots, onions, snow peas
  • stir fry sauce

Instructions
 

  • Make the stir fry sauce
  • Toss cut up chicken pieces and a little bit of soy sauce until coated thoroughly. Then fry in one tablespoon of olive oil and remove from hot pan.
  • Add the veggies, another tablespoon of olive oil and add the veggies.
  • Fry for a few minutes until tender and still crispy then add sauce until simmering and a little thickened.
  • Add chicken back in and serve over rice.
