Easy Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour + 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper, mixed
  • 2-3 pounds chicken, sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Pound your chicken thin
  • Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper
  • Brown in a stick of butter on both sides
  • Add the juice of 1 lemon + marsala wine on high heat
  • Let simmer until cooked through
