Ingredients

lemon, juice of

marsala wine

stick
butter

flour + 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper, mixed

chicken, sliced thin
Instructions
Pound your chicken thin
Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper
Brown in a stick of butter on both sides
Add the juice of 1 lemon + marsala wine on high heat
Let simmer until cooked through
