Coat thinly sliced sirloin in alittle bit of soy sauce (or you can marinate for a couple hours in fridge).
Fry steak in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil for a few minutes or until tender, remove steak.
Add another tablespoon of olive oil and fry onions and peppers for a few minutes until tender and still crispy.
Add steak back in with remaining sauce and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve over rice or in soft tortillas.
