Sourdough French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Wisk all ingredients together
  • Melt butter over a large skillet
  • dip bread and soak on both sides
  • Fry until golden on both sides
  • Serve with butter and maple syrup
